Explore the majestic, medieval castle at Gorey which dominates the Islands east coast and the Royal Bay of Grouville. Along the way take time out to visit the tiny fishing harbours at Le Hocq and La Rocque and do not miss the famous Royal Jersey Golf Course.

Or you may wish to set off in the other direction to the main town of St Helier for a complete range of shopping, restaurants, museums and places to visit.

The Shakespeare Hotel is also a great setting off point forJersey's unique web of "green lanes" where the speed limit is a tranquil 15 miles per hour. The only limit to how far you go around and about the island is yourself.
